One warehouse or several in Europe?
A single central warehouse works while most of your sales come from one country and its neighbours. Once a foreign market grows, storing stock locally cuts delivery times, shipping and returns costs, and reassures customers who expect local delivery. Our assessment prices both scenarios on your real volumes.
EU fulfilment for UK brands, UK fulfilment for EU brands
Since Brexit, shipping every parcel across the Channel means customs declarations, duties and slower deliveries. Holding stock on both sides, in our London warehouses and in the EU, lets you ship domestically in each market and handle returns locally.

When European stock makes the difference
- Selling between the UK and the EU: stock on each side avoids customs paperwork on every parcel.
- Selling to Switzerland: local or near-border stock simplifies customs clearance.
- Marketplaces: Amazon, Zalando, bol.com and others reward short delivery times in each country.
- Heavy or bulky goods: cross-border shipping is expensive, local stock changes the maths.
- Returns: processing them in the customer's country lowers costs and speeds up refunds.

Frequently asked questions about e-commerce fulfilment in Europe
Which 3PL can cover several European countries with one integration?
Log Market gives you one point of contact and one assessment to store stock in the UK, France, Belgium, the Netherlands, Germany, Italy, Spain, Portugal or Switzerland. Your store and marketplaces are linked to the chosen warehouses through our integrations, and you contract directly with each 3PL.
Can you ship from the EU to UK customers, and from the UK to EU customers?
Yes. The most efficient set-up is usually stock on both sides: our London warehouses serve UK customers, our EU warehouses serve the single market, and each parcel ships domestically without customs formalities.
Do I need a warehouse in every country I sell to?
No. A well-placed warehouse reaches several neighbouring countries quickly. A second stock makes sense when a market grows, when delivery speed matters (marketplaces) or when a customs border complicates shipping, as with the UK or Switzerland.
How does VAT work if I store stock in several countries?
For distance sales within the EU, the One-Stop Shop (OSS) simplifies returns, but storing goods in another EU country requires a VAT registration there. Your accountant validates the structure, and we take it into account in our recommendation.
How much does Log Market's support cost?
Nothing: the assessment, the selection and the go-live follow-up are free and without commitment.
