The Log Market label

3PL warehouses and carriers, vetted one by one

Log Market only puts forward providers it has met, visited and labelled. Our job is not to pass your request on: it is to guarantee that every solution we recommend rests on a sound, competent and honest company.

No paid placements in the network

Integrity checked, not just capacity

The criteria behind the Log Market label

01 · SITE

A visited, secure warehouse

Every warehouse is visited: a secure, well-equipped building, facilities and tools suited to the goods stored, and high operational capacity to absorb your peaks.

02 · SYSTEMS

Reliable IT

We check the systems: warehouse management, connections to online shops and marketplaces, real-time stock and order tracking.

03 · PEOPLE

Trained, committed teams

Trained staff and the mindset of teams, managers and owners: a warehouse is only as good as the people who run it.

04 · MANAGEMENT

Quality KPIs that are tracked

Performance and service-quality KPIs, rigorous management and a real understanding of e-commerce, seasonality included.

05 · TRANSPORT

Competitive carrier contracts

The 3PL's carrier rates are part of the assessment: transport is often the largest line on your logistics bill.

06 · PROGRESS

Continuous improvement

Willingness to challenge themselves and to keep improving tools and methods: we choose 3PL providers that grow with their clients.

Only a 3PL that meets all of these demanding prerequisites earns the Log Market label.

A label that has to be kept, not just earned. We reassess our 3PL providers regularly and, because we support our clients after go-live, we run satisfaction reviews with them. A 3PL that falls short on any criterion and does not fix it may lose the label.

The criterion people underestimate: integrity

A modern warehouse is not enough. Disputes between an online retailer and its 3PL far more often stem from an unscrupulous provider than from an operational problem: opaque invoicing, broken commitments, clients held back when they want to leave.

We only label sound, serious, professional and transparent companies that do not mislead their clients. It is the most underestimated criterion, and the one we never compromise on.

That is why we meet the owners and managers, not just the sales team, and why trust is assessed alongside facilities and KPIs.

Frequently asked questions about our network

Why use Log Market rather than contacting a 3PL directly?

You get a pre-vetted shortlist (site, systems, people, KPIs, integrity), comparable offers built on your own figures and independent advice, at no cost, while always contracting directly with the 3PL you choose.

How does a 3PL earn the Log Market label?

By meeting all of our demanding prerequisites: a warehouse visit, checks on IT systems, facilities, security, performance KPIs and carrier contracts, and meetings with teams and owners to assess their seriousness and integrity.

Can a 3PL lose the label?

Yes. Our 3PL providers are reassessed regularly, and we run satisfaction reviews with the clients we support. A 3PL that falls short on any criterion and does not resolve it may have its label withdrawn.

Can a provider pay to be recommended?

No. No place in our network can be bought: a 3PL is recommended only if it fits your needs.

Which countries are your warehouses in?

The United Kingdom, France, Spain, Portugal, Belgium, the Netherlands, Germany, Italy and Switzerland.

Does the network cover transport too?

Yes. Our 3PL providers offer parcel and pallet transport, and their carrier terms are part of the assessment. We can also run a freight tender on its own.
